We remove and install residential oil tanks across Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania, and Burlington and Mercer counties in New Jersey. The work is physical, it is outdoors, and it is in other people’s yards and basements. If that suits you, the pay, the benefits and the crew are good.
Over 90% of our work is residential. We are in somebody’s yard, somebody’s basement, somebody’s home, and we need people who treat every house like their own. Attention to detail is not a nice-to-have here. It is the job.
We have a reputation we will protect at any cost. It took years to build it and one day of careless work could damage it, and everybody on our crew understands that.
We are looking for A players. If you are a job hopper, keep looking. This is not the place. We are a family here and we are looking to add the right people, not fill a slot. If you are looking to join an awesome team and you are reliable and honest, you found your new home.
Every position requires a valid driver’s license with a clean record, a background check and a drug test. The on-call rotation applies to all three field seats and is paid at a flat rate per turn. We handle tank emergencies, and they do not wait for Monday.
Three seats on the tank crew, plus one in sales.
This is a unique job, and we would rather be straight about it than have you find out in week one.
We are busy year round. That is uncommon for an equipment operator job, and it is the main reason people stay. Overtime is available every week, and Saturday work is available if you want it.
It is not a seat-time job. You will run a small excavator, and that is the smaller part of the day. The rest is on the ground with the crew, assisting with tank installation and every other part of a removal. If you are looking to sit in a machine all day, this is not the one.
It is not a truck driving job either. The CDL is there to get the machinery to the job, nothing more. This is dump truck and excavator work, not tractor trailer. We do have a tractor trailer, and it comes out to move the larger machines or help on a big tank project, but that is the exception.
All work is local. You are home every night.
You will run a tank install and removal crew on site, removing and installing above ground storage tanks. You are part of the crew, working alongside them every day.
You are responsible for making sure the job is finished correctly and in a timely manner, and that our customers are treated with respect and kept in the loop through the whole process.
All work is local and you are home every night, and like every seat here we are busy year round with overtime available every week.
This is an entry level position. You are a technician assigned to a tank removal and installation crew, performing primarily residential oil tank projects.
This is an outside job. You are working in the elements, and it is physically demanding.
