You will sit with homeowners and sell oil tank removal, installation and replacement jobs. Over 90% of our work is residential, so this is in-home, in someone’s kitchen, walking a homeowner through a job that is usually unexpected and never welcome. Doing that well is mostly patience and honesty. We are not a high pressure sales organization. We strive to give every customer a five star experience, and we never sell fear.
We generate the leads. You are going out on appointments we book, not building a pipeline from scratch.
In-home sales experience is not necessary. We will train you. What we cannot train is the willingness to follow a proven sales process exactly as it is written, on every single call, including the ones you think are not good.
We are busy year round. Your schedule is flexible, but we do set appointments on weekends and in the evenings, so you will need to have availability. That is when homeowners are home, and it is not negotiable in this line of work. We are not asking you to work every night or every weekend.
All work is local. You are home every night.
Pay is commission, with bonuses available, and it is paid every two weeks. We go through the whole structure in detail on the first call. Ask, and you will get a straight answer.
